The &#8220;Emergency Article&#8221; and several other amendments (labeled &#8220;As amended January 26, 2021&#8221;) to our bylaws have been approved by the board and need to be reviewed by our dues paying members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schedule for review and approval, proposed in Spring 2021 Quarterly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>March 1 to April 15 &#8211; Board approved bylaws placed on website for member review period<\/li><li>April 15 &#8211; Deadline for suggestions or edits to be submitted to PCHGS by members<\/li><li>April 27 &#8211; Board makes adjustments to bylaws based on member submissions<\/li><li>May 1 &#8211; Final adjusted bylaws reposted to this website, and a reminder in the Summer Quarterly, for final review before voting<\/li><li>June ?? &#8211; In-person voting will take place at our Summer Member meeting (Date to be announced)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.piatthistory.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/PCHGS_ByLaws_2021_4vote.pdf\">PDF of PCHGS bylaws<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color\">More information about voting will be posted on this page near the end of May 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have recently made adjustments to our bylaws.
