We have recently made adjustments to our bylaws. The “Emergency Article” and several other amendments (labeled “As amended January 26, 2021”) to our bylaws have been approved by the board and need to be reviewed by our dues paying members.
Schedule for review and approval, proposed in Spring 2021 Quarterly:
- March 1 to April 15 – Board approved bylaws placed on website for member review period
- April 15 – Deadline for suggestions or edits to be submitted to PCHGS by members
- April 27 – Board makes adjustments to bylaws based on member submissions
- May 1 – Final adjusted bylaws reposted to this website, and a reminder in the Summer Quarterly, for final review before voting
- June ?? – In-person voting will take place at our Summer Member meeting (Date to be announced)
